Excess payments made to Nemcare Hospital for services rendered will only be refunded upon request by the applicant, and the refund will be issued via a manual process using an Account Payee Cheque. No refunds will be provided through online transactions. The refund procedure will commence once it is confirmed that services were not provided to the applicant. Refund claims received from applicants will be processed after obtaining approval from the competent authority.

Applicants will not receive any interest on excess payments. The registration fee is non-refundable, and separate investigation items within a Health Check-up package are also non-refundable. However, transactional charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Regarding appointment cancellations, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to the original method of payment or your credit card within 7-14 days.

For any transaction-related disputes, please contact us at the Office of Accounts Department, Nemcare Hospital, within 3 days of the transaction date.
